Installed flush within the window opening with adequate structural supports.2. Arch:Decorative arched top in GFRC , forming an integral part of the opening, with smooth curvature and edges, proportionate to the window size.3. Corbell (Bracket):Traditional corbell brackets below the arch or supporting frame, made in GFRC, minimum projection 150 mm, detailed in classical style. 3 4. The arch shall be built using individual voussoirs, shaped and finished with precision. Joints to be tight and pointed with matching grout. Kamal Phool (Lotus Motif): A carved Kamal Phool (Lotus flower) detail in relief, centrally placed at the crown of the arch (keystone position), integrated into the stonework. The stones shall be dressed full or to template, or as shown in working drawings. The exposed faces of the stone shall be fine - chissel dressed, and all joints shall be in line and close not more than 3mm thick. All visible angles and edges to be free from unsightly chippings, etc. complete. As directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The coating shall be applied with a total consumption of 2.0 Kg/Sqm in 2-3 coats on the entire horizontal and vertical surface as per manufacturers specification and methodology. This membrane shall confirm to ASTM C836 & ASTM C898. The membrane should have the below properties:>Solid Content - >85% as per ASTM D 1644. > Elongation at break>600% as per ASTM D 412.> Tensile strength >3-4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412.> Shore A hardness of >50 as per ASTM D 2240. > Dynamic Crack Bridging- > 3.2 mm as per ASTM C 1305> Pull-off Adhesion of >1.5 MPa as per ASTM D7234> Resistance to Hydrostatic Head Upto 10 Bar as per BS EN 12390-8> Passes the Resistance to Fatigue Movement, for 1000 cycles @ -15˚C, as per the methodology specified in European Assessment Document EAD 030350-00-0402 (A 4.5)> Exhibits Root Resistance Property as per CEN/TS/14416. Post application the coating shall be laid over by min M25 grade protective cement screed.Priming:- Providing and applying solvent free epoxy primer200 gms/SqM in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs,as per manufacturers specification.All cracks and construction joints should be either filled with epoxy putty or mortor.supplying and laying 150 GSM geotextile over the Horizontal waterproofing layer to receive the protection and slope making screed. 37 ITEM No. 31 :-Providing & applying cold applied 2K Hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane coating with high tensile strength: with consumption of2.3kg/sq.m in 2-3 coats to achieve DFT of 1.2±0.1 mm or 1.5±0.1 mm respectively. Gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor Car Deck Base Coat usingbubble roller for uniform spradingfollowed by spike roller to remove the entrapped air,as per manufacturers specification. Immidiately after base coat application,Sandtex 16/30 sand to be broadcasted on laid Apcoflor Car Deck BC coating @ 2-3 kg per sq.mt tocreate desired degree of roughness.Post 24 Hrs of airdrying, brooming off excess sand completely .Car Deck Top Coat :- Providing and installing300 microns for parking & Drive way area/500 microns for Ramp area at consumption of0.5 Kg/SqM - 0.8 Kg/SqM respectively using a Rollers suitable for PU coating / rubber squeegeeby mixing all 2 componentsin mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle & pouring it completely on application surfaceas per manufacturers specification. Gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor LSC3 XL using bubble roller for uniform spreading followed by spike roller to remove the entrapped air,as per manufacturers specification. 46 Top Coat :Providing and installing,high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all components including pigment, using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel at 1mm thickness at comsumption of 1.7 - 1.9 Kg/SqM.
