    Renovation of Existing front godown north sideat andipattipanchayatunion office campus in Andipatti Block Under UGF 2025-2026 --1 Distembering two coats oil bound distember over priming coat including cost and conveyence of all material to site and all labour charges etc., complete ( Inner wall), 2 Painting two coat of old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc. 3 Plastering in cement mortor 1:5 mix using 12mm Thick including all cost and conveyence of all labour charges etc., completed. 4 cement concrete 1:4:8( one cement , four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in 5 Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thicknesswith plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12 mm gauge hard broken 6 Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4 x41/4: x 23/4 in cement mortar 1:5including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with std., 7 Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 using 10mm 8 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in cement mortar 1:3( one cement and thre Sand) using 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming. 9 using 38/40 mm thick cuddappah slab 10 Provision for Electrical 11 Light / Fan Point 12 Plug Point 13 Fan Requlator and ceiling wall fan 14 Tube Light 15 MCCB 16 2.5 sqmm ( 36/0.3) PVC unsheated SC cu.
