Maintenance Of Hospital At C-Division In Yeroor Estate.-- 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m- All kinds of soil. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 3 Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete. 4 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 with an admixture of water proofing material . 5 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel orwood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below. 6 Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 8 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) 9 Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, 30 mm thick shutters including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction 0f Engineer in- charge. using Anjili/ Jack wood. 10 Supply and fixing wood - glazed ventilator 110x70cm (35mm thick shutter with frame) as approved by the engineer-in-charge. 11 Labour charge for carpentry works-Carpenter 12 Providing and fixing iron hooks and eyes: 200mm. 13 Providing and fixing iron hooks and eyes: 100mm. 14 Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) 200x10mm with necessory screws etc. complete. 15 Providing asbestos corrugated sheets roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J,or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. 16 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead- For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm. 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 18 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work. 19 Labour charge for vehicle shed fabrication work with departmental materials all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 20 Fitter 21 Welder 22 Coolie
