    Tender For Design, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Fire Hydrant System At Medha Dairy, Hotwar, Ranchi, Jharkhand Fire Brigade (4 Way connection ) inlet with one Nos 63mm dia S.S. male hydrant connection including providing and fixing 150mm/ 100 mm dia Butterfly Valve PN 16 etc. for the hydrant loop etc. ELECTRICALS FOR FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM of floor /wall mounted type Control panel for pumps made from CRCA sheet of thk. not less than 14SWG with suitable incomer to take the full load of all motors with volt and ammeter to measure the full load on the system. Selector switches for manual / auto mode shall be provided for all motors with RYB lamp indicators with cabling, earthing between panel and pumps. The bus bars / internal wiring / entire design shall be in line with statutory regulations. The bidder shall submit panel drgs for approval before manufacturing. Both the Electric & Diesel Engine Control panel shall have a 230V output while running. This output shall be used for energizing the gong bell/flash light outside the pump room to draw the attention of security to indicate that the pump is running.1) Diesel Engine Controller shall provide 3 attempts to start the engine. Incase the engine doesnt start in these attempts, then a hooter shall provide audio alarm for the fault.
