of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700)along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller over a layer of wall care putty to make the surface smooth all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper.The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.(ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor.The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture.(iv). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GEbefore application of distemper for each building.(v).The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE. 103 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700)along with dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper.The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel.
