Salvage value to be paid to the govt. for the materials obtained from the demolition and dismantling of existing dilapidated building incl. substructure and super structure & disposing of the dismantled serviceable/unserviceable materials up to 5Km and above incl. all lead and lift and transportation etc. The demolition & dismantling work shall be the responsibility and in the scope of work of contractor and cost what so ever shall be borne by them and materials obtained from it shall be the property of obtained by paying it salvage value. The work of demolition & dismantling to be carried out & make ground level plain & clean without causing any damages to the existing utilities services, nearby Govt. & private structure/building & keeping all human safety etc.
