Tender For Work Of Erection Of 40 Mva Transformer At 220 Kv S/S Gokul Under Etd Mathura - Shifting of main tank of40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer BBL make from plinth up to 20 meters distance including turning of tank, if required, including all T&P and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorily at 220 KV S/S Gokul 3 Additional shifting of main tank of BBL Make 40 MVA T/Fto safe distance. 5 Mtrs or part there of. 4 Complete erection of 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer BBL make by shifting & erection of radiators, conservator tanks, all bushings, their turrets, connecting all pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, marshaling box etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and topping up of transformer oil (Not circulation) in tank radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and all other associated works for satisfactorily completion of work. 5 Centrifuging offresh transformer oil and filling of balance oil into transformer by 12KL centrifusing machine having skilled operator and to achieve & provide final BDV & PPM Testing results as per norms. T/F oil provided by UPPTCL. 6 Earthing of 40 MVA 132/33 KV transformer-I body & neutral , including Marshling Box, RTCC panel etc. with MS flat in place of dismantled equipments with 50X6 mm / 75X10 mm MS flat and connecting the same with main earthmat at two places as required including painting of such MS flats with green enamel paint above ground surface.MS flats provided by the UPPTCL. 7 Checking and strengthning ofDelta earthing for Transformer’s neutrals by additional welding andinterconnections using 75X10 mm MS flat .(MS flat will be provided by the UPPTCL.) 8 Termination work of Control Cables of T/F in Marshalling Box by providing Cable Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties and Lugs etc.including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping Type Lugs of Dowell/Coma/Jackson Make and all other associated work to complete the job successfully as per technical specifications. 9 Installation of new RTCC panel of 40 MVA T/F work includes its shifting from yard/disignated place to installation site & its proper earthing as per direction of supervising engineer 10 Proper cable termination of RTCC pannel , colling fan etc after making cable shecdule ferrulling properly ferruls will be provided by contaractor only at his own cost. 11 Erection of 33 KV 03 Nos LA with structure and its earthing properly as per direction of supervising Engineer 12 Jumpering of40 MVA T/F with Twin Zebra/Pantherconductor ,between LA and CT,Bushings (HV and LV) 13 Transformer oil sample collection , testing of transformer oil at CPRI/ERDA/PGCIL LAB-BHIWADI furnishing test report for a) DGA test -02 Nos (b)BDV Test - 01 Nos(c) Water content test - 01 Nos 14 Performed following test of 40 MVA Transformer BBL Make at site with IS certified NABL Approved test kitTransformer -40 MVA-Capacitance & Tan delta Test of Bushing & Winding- Insulation Resistance Measurement- Core Insulation- Magnetizing Current- Magnetic Balance- Short Circuit Test-Vector Grout Test-Turns Ratio Test-Winding Resistance Measurement -SFRA Test 15 Electrical Safety Processing fees needed for providing all relevant safety clearance documents from electrical safety department for energization of above commissioned 40 MVA Transformer. (Work includes Challan fees also)
