| 1 | M&L for disconnecting, lifting, loading and transportation of unserviceable transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/433 Volts of capacity 63 KVA to 315 KVA from site to workshop for repair/rewinding and repair to the transformer by dismantling the top cover and removing unserviceableburnt LT/HT side coil from the core, rewinding the LT and HT side core complete with same size of copper wire in HT side and copper strip from LT side with suitable insulating materials, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket set etc, heating the new transformer winding in special heat chamber for demoisturising of LT/HT coil, connecting the LT/HT coils, filling the fresh transformer oil, re-assembling the transformer, transporting/shifting back the transformer at site after repairs, re-commissioning & testing, including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved paint after preparation of all external surfaces of transformer, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:- (i)The quoted rates shall deemed to include for the transportation, T&P, Labours from site to workshop and workshop to back at site after repairs, cost of gasket set, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. (ii)All other spares such as tap changer, copper wire & copper strip for rewinding, HT/LT side bushing, transformer oil & air breather assembly with silica .gel shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule. |
| 2 | Labour charges for repair to the transformer 63 KVA to 315 KVA at site by opening the topcover for carrying out repair such as replacement ofHT side busing with rods, LT side bushing and rods, gasket, tap changer, silica gel breather,Thermometer etc and reassembling after carrying out required repair in the transformer complete including testing and commissioning all as dierected by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1.Replacement of U/S parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch `A`2. Labour charge for Replacement of u/s parts are deemed to be included in quoted rate. |
