Tender For Construction Of 01 No. 33 Kv Vernahal Bay At 220 Kv S/S Sirsaganj, Firozabad. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (DSR.2.8.1). 2 Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.DSR 2.27 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(DSR. 4.1.2) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :C C 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (DSR. 4.1.8) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns: CC (DSR.4.3.1) 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR. 5.1.2) 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266)900 mm. long with base plate (75x75x6mm) welded with anchor boltsincluding its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supplyof a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work(NSINo.13/CSI No9.12) 10 Fixing and grouting28 mm and above dia bolts in properalignment level and setout with help of a template completeincluding supply of all labour & T&P etc. required for propercompletion of the work.(labour rates only) . (NSI No.14/CSI No 9.13) 11 Supplyof 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mmlong with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(NSINo.15/CSI No 9.14) 12 Fixing and grouting 25 mmand below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) . (NSI No.16/CSI No 9.15) 13 Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level andalignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required forproper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (NSI No. 23/ CSI9.31) 15 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for groutingof Anchor bolt in Auxiliary Structure (labour rate only). (NSI No. 24/ CSI 9.32) 16 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.(DSR 10.25.1) 17 Champering the edge of concrete in auxiliary structure, of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. (NSI No. 11.18) 18 2.5 cm thick 1:1.5:3 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work. without base CC (NSI No35/CSI No 12.26) 19 Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position (NSI No 37/CSI No13.28 ) 20 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand)(DSR.13.4.1) 21 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)( DSR.13.7.2) 22 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture :(DSR. 13.62.1) 23 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)(DSR.15.2.1) 24 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.(DSR. 15.3) 25 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar (DSR.15.7.4) 26 Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete.
