Maintenance, Servicing, and calibration checking of all Weighing Bridges / Machines / 20Kg Hexagonal CI Std. weights (50Nos.) of GCP Works will be done by the Party as per schedule and as per list provided by HCL/GCP. During the period of AMC, Avery Service Engineer will visit the specified machine mentioned as per list. 2. The party will attend all maintenance calls; calibration calls before third-party certification and all breakdown calls as and when required. 3. The electronic components of Digitizer, Control cubicle, Junction box, cornering boxes, connecting cables, connectors, etc. and spares of mechanical machines such as knife bearings, nut bolts, washers, grub screws, link plates, bearing retainers, steel yard knives and rack spring, etc. are included in the maintenance scope of party. 4. Any problems on application software (S200/ S200W) provided by Avery will be attended to and latest application software will be provided as and when required. 5. The party has to weigh and check the 20Kg C.I. Hexagonal Std. weights (50Nos.) and if the weight is less/more than adequate addition/removal to be done for makeup to 20kg. The weighing machine required for weighing of std. weights is in scope of party. The material required for addition/removal of weight is in scope of party. 6. The party has to present the Weigh Bridges/ Weighing Machine/ 20Kg C.I. Hexagonal Std. weights (50Nos.) to Inspector (W & M) during Stamping & Verification every year. All type of liasioning with Weights & Measures deptt, Govt. of Gujarat during the period of contract are in the scope of the party. 7. The renewal of Stamping & Verification Certificates in respective year with the Inspector [W &M], will be Partys responsibility and after receiving the Verification Certificates (VCs), the same will be submitted to HCL/GCP. The stamping fees submission will be in the scope of party. 8. AMC period will be commenced from the date of award of Work Order and valid for one year. Total Quantity :
