(iii) Two coats of epoxy resin / polymer modified cementaticious coating like brush bond of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls /beams shall be applied as per manufacturer instuctions.(iv)slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward with 25 mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall completeall as specified and directed.(v) After the surface is passed by the Eng- in- charge for water tightness by flooding for 72 hrs the same shall be filled with lean concere (1:4:8) using type B-1 aggregate, up to the required depth . Surface surrounding to WC Pan shall however be of cement concrete as specified here-in-before. |
