Tender For Repair Work Of Canteen F Of Lab For Season 2025-26 - Distmantling of A.C sheets from the roof, vertical sheets and dismantled sheets stacked at site as per direction of engineer in charge with in a distance of 60mtr 3 S/F OF 6mm thick grey corrugated asbestos sheets in roof and cladding with J. Bolts or cranked bolts of not less then 10mm dia with G.I and bitumen washers in the manner as specified by the supplier I.S.I code of practice 3007 Part- 1- 1964 & 3007 - Part - 1963 and as directed by Engineer - in - charge including cost of sheets fictures, all bolts, washer etc. labour for fixing in position required for the proper completion of the work. 4 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ( zone-III ) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources ) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level. 6 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished 40mm thickness with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 7 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shape and size in Cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 8 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of engineer-in -charge. 9 12mm thick plaster in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including supply of all matrial etc. 10 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 11 Finishing whith Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications two or more coats applied on walls 1.25 ltr/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10sqm. 12 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to is 2202 (part1) decorative type , core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3ply veneering with vertical grains or cross brands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
