Tender For Construction Of Bus shelter At Ward No .1 Singampunari Road In Thiruppathur Town Panchayat.; 1 Earthwork excavation and depositing on sides with initial lead and lift the hard stiff clay soil, block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrams ordinary gravels and hard gravelly soil including shoring, strutting and baling out watering necessary etc. as per SS20B for foundation etc complete as per the standard specification. 2 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site includig cost of cement and handling charges for same at both ends includng labourcharges for Mixing, Watering, Curing and Compacting Concrete and all ohter incidental charges etc.,complete as per the standard specification. 3 Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost andConveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete. 4 Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9 X 43/8X 2 3/4 including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT. 5 RCC 1:1½:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement and handling charges for the same and both ends and including labour charges for mixing, watering, curing and compacting concrete excludingcentering charges and steel etc., complete ass per the standard specification. 6 Supply of steel including cost and conveyance of steel and fabrication charges including charges for cutting, Straightening, and bending, typing, Welding, Jointing,over laping and all labour charges etc. 7 Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86. 8 a)Columns 9 b)Grade beam 10 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications. 11 Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm sizeof approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc.Complete. 12 Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 15 c.m x 15c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc. 13 Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications. 14 Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc.complete. 15 Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications-10 m2. 16 Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specificationsfor 10 sqm
