| 13 | Plastering the exposed surface of Powder Magazine with Lime Mortar (1:2) to an average thickness of 20 mm. by adding traditional material with suitable colour oxides including curing, as per the standard specifications and as directed etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. |

| 16 | Cleaning the wall surfaces and roof, removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. Including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by the Competent Authority, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the surfaces and finally washing the surface with clean water etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. |
| 17 | Removal of damaged portion of flat tiles over roof and re-laying of flat tiles in Lime Mortar and finishing of top surface with Lime Mortar (1:2) etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. |
