(17) 33 KV Bus Coupler bay, 2 BI-2 Nos. 3 Replacement of defective 02 no, 415 volt. 16 A, 4NO+2NC power contactor for main supply of cooling fans installed on 20 MVA T/F work includes proper connection of contactor with ACDB or AC cubical installed in the switchyard including the cost of all material which will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. 4 Replacement of defective 04 no fan control contactors of rating 230V, 9A, 08 NO, for auto function of cooling fans and 03 no relays of rating 230 V, 9A, 02NO+02 NC for supply monitoring for cooling fans including the cost of all material which will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. 5 Replacement of defective 05 no overload relay of rating (0.5-1A) for cooling fan of transformer on the front side of the marshalling box including the cost of all material which will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. 6 Replacement of defective 05 No 3pole MCB having 230V, 2A on tubular rail fence inside marshalling box including the cost of all material which will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. 7 Wiring of all interconnection with proper ferrules and lugs of suitable size with 4 mm² flexible insulated copper conductors for power connection and with 2.5 mm2 flexible insulated copper conductor for control connection in the marshalling box to RTCC panel as per site required up to completion of works satisfactorily. (Works includes supply and fixing of cable gland (all size), wire. rail base, ferrule, logs, supply and fixing of gasket for marshalling box, repairing of box with front door as required for proper operation of marshalling box, selector switch as per requirement will be provided/done by contractor on their own cost). 8 Supply and fixing of 08 no fan control switches for on/off control of fans (ON/OFF) of ratings 415 V 10A of standard make including the cost of all material which will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. 9 Supply and fixing of 10 no tap position indicator of push off type with the rating 230 V. 2A, and 01 no panel lanip (LED) of 230 V SW suitable for RTCC panel of said T/F including the cost of all material which will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. 10 Complete repairing and complete overhauling by copper coil of winding of 3HP, 230Volt, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz cooling fans of 40&20MVA T/F installed at 132 kV S/S Bharwari, Kaushambi. This job includes disconnection of supply cable and dismantling from fan mounting frame then shifting the fan to workshop and rewinding the defective motor winding by suitable size & good quality super enamelled cupper wire, straightening of motor shaft and replacement of damaged bearing. Replacement of wom-out parts. Checking of adjustment of all Gaps, Shifting of motor to site, refitting in T/F fan mounting frame, making proper connection and checking the performance of fan up to 2 hrs after connecting proper supply.
