Building masonry walls using precast cement solid blocks of size 390x190x190mm in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement and six sand) in foundation, basement and superstructure as directed by the officers of NLCIL. The rate shall include all labour charges, cost and conveyance of all materials except cement and solid blocks.
