    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - House Keeping, Electrcial Maintenance & Pump Operation Hiring of Custom House Agent - Lumpsum Based Operation and Maintenance Of Electrical Systems/Electrical Installations 1. (a) Dusting of all the AC plants in the studio. (b) Cleaning of complete basement which is the return duct of centralized A/C. The basement has to be kept clean and swept for dust free environment. (c) Complete cleaning of the tiles in all the areas of studio. (d) Cleaning of supply & return ducts in the studio. 2. Cleaning of the skirting and paneling in the studio 3. Cleaning of studio & trenches as & when required 4. To carry heavy material along with the helper from center to center or to load/unload store materials as & when required 5. Cleaning of wild growth on electrical & audio earth pits, around dishes, on pathway to pump room, diesel generator room, around STL tower, pathway to STL, inside substation along with its pathway & other outdoor technical areas. 6. Polishing of Studio floor corridors, Dubbing Rooms, STL Room and captive Earth Station etc. as per instructions of EOD. 7. Cleaning of 8.5 tonne A/C Room A/Cs units and outdoor units of split ACs. 8.
