Seating arrangement for 40 participants. 3. Comfortable chairs and tables for participants to sit. 4. Hall should have sufficient windows for ventilation. 5. Provision of white board and duster. 6. Arrangement of filtered drinking water (cans) 7. Toilets should be clean and there should be separate toilets for men and women. 8. Proper arrangement of sufficient electricity/light according to the area of the hall.3 Training Hall (Maximum rate Rs. 2500/- per day per hall) 1. Hall should be equipped with AC. 2. Seating arrangement for 40 participants. 3. Comfortable padded chairs and tables for participants to sit. 4. Hall should have sufficient windows for ventilation. 5. Provision of white board and duster. 6. Arrangement of filtered drinking water (cans) with glass. 7. Care taker should be available. 8. Toilets should be clean and there should be separate toilets for men and women. 9. Mic arrangement. 10. There should be generator arrangement in case of power failure. 11. Proper arrangement of sufficient power/light as per the area of the hall. 12. Room freshener should be used.Housing arrangement for 4 trainees. (Maximum rate Rs. 500/- per trainee per day) 1. There should be three beds with mattress, pillow and bedsheet for three trainees in one room. 2. The room should be air conditioned. 3. The beds should be clean and bedsheet should be changed daily. 4. There should be toilet/bathroom with geyser in the room. 5. Soap arrangement in the toilet.Housing arrangement for 5 trainees. (Maximum rate Rs. 650/- per trainee per day) 1. There should be three beds with mattress, pillow and bedsheet for ten trainees in one room. 2. The room should be air conditioned. 3. Bed should be clean and bedsheet should be changed daily. 4. Toilet/bathroom should be with geyser in the room. 5. Soap should be available in the toilet. 6. TV should be in working condition.Housing arrangement for 6 trainees. (Maximum rate Rs. 1000/- per trainee per day) 1. 1 room should have nks bed with mattress, pillow and bedsheet for nks trainees. 2. Room should be AC. 3. Bed should be clean and bedsheet should be changed daily. 4. Toilet/bathroom should be with geyser in the room. 5. TV should be in working condition. 6. Room should have electronic mug for tea/coffee. 7. Two litre mineral water bottle per dayHousing arrangement for 7 trainees. (Maximum 8 trainees in dormitory/room) (Maximum rate Rs. 100/- per trainee per day) 1. 1. There should be a bed with mattress, pillow and bedsheet for 8 trainees in a dormitory/room. 2. The dormitory/room should be equipped with a cooler and fan. 3. The bed should be clean and the bedsheet should be changed daily. 4. There should be sufficient number of toilets/bathrooms inside/near the dormitory/room for the trainees. 5. The toilet/bathroom should be equipped with a geyser. 6. There should be a TV arrangement in the common/dormitory/room.
