Outsourcing the activities of Sanitation, Sweeping, Swabbing, Cleaning, horticulture/arboriculture arrangement etc. at various substations under TS Division HVPNL Kurukshetra for the FY 2025-26 -- 1 Works Details (220KV Neemwala) 2 Development and maintenance of 2 No. Grassy lawns in Sub-Station(Approximate area 550 square meters) 3 Upkeep and maintenance of all trees and plantations in Sub-Station 4 Collection of Cut grass, Wild growth, dead leaves, pruned vegetation/ plant and grass cutting in the 3 No. parks and area near the control room building and its disposal in the dustbins provided (700Sq. Meter) 5 Cleaning uprooting of anti-weed grass, weeds; Minor levelling etc. in all the areas except 2 No. Parks and PCC yard. (Approximately Area 24276 Sq. Meter) 6 Cleaning, sweeping & swabbing of all the Common Stairs of 11 No. AC Kiosks, Approach Road from the main gate to transformer T3 (268 meters) 7 Disposal of garbage from 1 No. dustbins to the outside of Sub-Station. The disposal should be in the authorized dumping yard. 8 Sweeping swabbing and cleaning of SSE Room, SCADA Room and control room at various substations (4200 Sq. meter) 9 Proper cleaning of 3 No. Toilets/ washrooms at Sub-Station 10 220KV Dhurala 11 Development and Mtc. of 2 No. Grassy lawns in Sub-Station (Approximate area 7200 square meter) 12 Upkeep and Mtc. of all trees and plantations in Sub-Station 13 Collection of Cut grass, Wild growth, dead leaves, pruned vegetation/ plant and grass cutting in the 2 No. parks and area near control room building and its disposal in the dustbins provided at Sub-Station (1200Sq. Meter) 14 Cleaning uprooting of anti-weed grass, weeds and Minor levelling etc in all the area except 2 No. Parks and PCC yard. (Approximately Area 24000 Sq. Meter) 15 Cleaning, sweeping & swabbing of all the Common Stairs of Control room building, approach Road from main gate to control room building and from T/F T-4 to transformer T-2. 16 Disposal of garbage from 1 No. dustbins to outside of Sub-Station. The disposal should be in the authorized dumping yard.Proper Cleaning of 2 No. Toilets/washroom at sub-station 17 Sweeping and swabbing and cleaning of SSE Room, Battery room, Carrier room and control room at Sub-Station (5000 Sq. meter) & Cleaning of Toilet 18 132KV Adhoun 19 Development and maintenance of 2 No. Grassy lawns 20 Upkeep and maintenance of all trees and plantations 21 Collection of Cut grass, Wild growth, dead leaves, pruned vegetation/ plant and grass cutting in the 2 No. parks and area near control room building and its disposal in the dustbins provided 22 Cleaning uprooting of anti-weed grass, weeds and Minor leveling etc in all the area except 2 No. Parks and PCC yard. 23 Cleaning, sweeping & swabbing of all the Common Stairs of Control room building, approach Road from main gate to control room building and from T/F T-1, T-2 & T-3. 24 Disposal of garbage from 1 No. dustbins to outside of.
