Tender For Replacement Of Asbestos Sheets At Lichubari, Saraibari, Bhalukmara, Mariani And Rowriah At Jorhat Mil Stn Under Ge Jorhat; 1 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc.including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified. 2 M&L for 15mm thick renderingin CM 1:6 onany faces of brick work or concrete surfacesincluding finishing the surfaceseven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 15mm thick renderingin CM 1:4 onany faces of brick work or concrete surfacesincluding finishing the surfaceseven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness,including Nainital orsimilarpattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 6 S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GIbased corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of ancolour having tensilestrength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with selftapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as inroof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with selftapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 8 S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shapedwasher etc. complete usingERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240 with one shop coat of zink crome primer complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F rolled mild steel sections as in rooftrusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracketframing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including cutting ,welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality Bcomplete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels,squarecutor notched (ordinaryand countersunk)forming holes, without any attachmen conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality Bcomplete all as specified and directed. 11 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwiseprovided for complete all as specified and directed. 12 Dismantling of old decayedtimber scantlings 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work,and removing the materials from site complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F well seasoned2nd class hard wood (CHIR) in scantling ,clean sawn in any position and in any descriptionas in unframed work,complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L preparation of new or previously un -treatedwood and wood basedsurface of any description ,not otherwise described exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L preparation of new or previously un -treatedsteel surface of any description ,not otherwise described exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofred oxide zink crome primer.complete all as specified and directed. 16 Demolition for Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including allquoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6).complete all as specified and directed .
