Providing And Installation Of Open Gym Equipments At Income Tax Colony, Karkunj, Agra. --Health Walker :- Providing, designing and fixing of Health-walker of size 1300x610x1350mm fabricated with main post of 127 (+/- 5mm) dia OD BClass pipe and 3 mm thick and other pipes of 32mm NB of 3mm thick made up of GI pipe ERW and powder coated upto 90 micron thick. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burns. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pipe to be closed with GI/LLDPE caps, base plate of minimum 10mm thickness. UV resistant and color as approved by Engineer-incharge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of PPCP (Poly Propylene & copolymer)alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipments manufactured by O & KAI, CBB or reputed company duly oil sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 and shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment & color (of metal, seal and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc. (the cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid separately). Equipment should have a Fixed Stainless Steel Grade 304 Plate which will describe about euipment and its uses. , Horse Rider :- Providing, designing and fixing of Horse Rider of size 1090 x 560 x 1065 mm fabricated with main post of 127mm (+/- 5mm) dia OD B-Class pipe and 3 mm thick and other pipes of 32mm NB of 3mm thick made up of GI pipe ERW and powder coated upto 90 micron thick.
