Tender For Repair Maint Of Certain Misc Br Works At Ranikhet Under Ge Ranikhet; 1.00 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainital pattern or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed. 2.00 Demolition of brick work or stone masonry precast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. 3.00 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed. 4.00 Dismantling of wall/ ceiling board (flbre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed. 5.00 Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed. 6.00 Dismantling of timber scantling under 40sqcm as in fillets, rails, post, rafter, purlins etc complete all specified 7.00 Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified 8.00 Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed. 9.00 Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed. 10.00 Dismantling water tanks 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed. 11.00 Dismantling water tanks of any description, capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding1000 liters complete. 12.00 S&F in repairs of galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed. 13.00 Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/metal frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones all as specified 14.00 S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. 15.00 S & F 0.90mm thick plain mild steel sheeting fixed in Nanital pattern as in roof covering fixed with nails/screw design & pattern as approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed 16.00 S & F 0.90mm thick plain mild steel sheeting fixed in Nanital pattern as in ridges fixed with nails/ screw complete all as specified & directed 17.00 S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) 18.00 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed. 19.00 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg/m3. (Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 Mtr ht all as specified and directed.Make Fosroc/ Sika/ Ultrarech/ Choksey 20.00 M&L for preparation of New plastered surfaces & applying a layer of Birla 3mm thick putty on wall surfaces including cornics etc for proper levelling of plaster and two coat of oil emulision distemper complete all as specified and directed. 21.00 M/L for complete removal of existing treatment for preparing old painted surfacess and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 22.00 M&L three coats of white wash on ceiling including all preparation complete all as sopecified 23.00 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description,not otherwise descri- bed over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed. 24.00 Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% remium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 25.00 M&L preparation of old surfaces including cornices etc and one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. 26.00 S&F 20mm thick 2nd class soft wood (Chir) boarding planned one side fixed with butt joints with nails in any situation/position except flooring and skirting complete all as specified and directed. 27.00 M & L for 2nd class soft wood area exc 13 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads fixed to purlin/rafter complete all specified. 28.00 M&L for 2nd class hard wood clean sawn in as in scantling framed and over 40sqcm fixed with screws etc all as specified and directed.. 29.00 S&F of powder coated grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 605x605 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 4mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick , cross tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick incl 4 mm thick E-Board Classic (Make-Everest) for insulation and accoustic purpose, 595 x 595 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surface complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed. 30.00 S&F solid PVC wall lining dual colour consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete fixing arrangement including taking down old existing wooden panelling complete. 31.00 S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing. 32.00 S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber joints fixed to walls or laid in trenches etc complete. 33.00 S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion 500 ltrs capacity and including 20mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 210 gram of complete all as specified and directed. 34.00 S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion 1000 ltrs capacity and including 20mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 210 gram of complete all as specified and directed. 35.00 S & F 20mm Dia Aluminium alloy anodised curtain rod decorative fency type with brackets complete all as specified.
