Tender For Repair/Renovation Of Bacteriology Lab At Icar-Nrce, Hisar; 1 Providing & fixing of wooden/PVC cabinet and frames including laminates, 5mm glass in frames, handles, ISI locks, ISI hinges, RST channels etc and all necessary fittings. 2 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 3 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete. 4 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (ready mix) heavy VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 1 Old work (one or more coats) 5 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement :4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete. Size 600 x 600mm 6 Providing and laying polished granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinerar portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11.56.1 Polished granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/Ruby red or equivalent. 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint on door and windows of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: one or more coats on old work. 8 P/F Water Tap ISI mark including all fittings etc (2 taps are of mixer type and 4 taps are simple type) 9 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metre lead. 10 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawing and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
