Tender For Supply,Installation And Commisioning Of Goods; Technical specification for Bench top 4 way Cell Sorter cum Analyzer 1 Bench top flow cytometer 4 way Cell Sorter required with 3 lasers, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm. System should have minimum 3 beam spots and it must be spatially separated. Necessary filters, dichroic and beam splitters to be included. 2 The system should be based on cuvette based fixed aligned cell sorting to avoid any user level alignment while day to day run of the instrument. 3 The system should have at least 9 fluorescence/color (11 parameters) measurement capability simultaneously from given 3 lasers. Purity should be 98% or more. 4 System must be able to do index sorting and plate sorting 5 All the fluorescence channels must be designed with high sensitive detectors for better output resolution. 6 The system must have at least one nozzle of size of 100 microns and the nozzle tip can be removed and replaced and stream optimized without restarting the whole system for uninterrupted operation 7 No manual alignment of nozzle to be done by the user even after removal and replacement of the nozzle into the system. 8 The system must be of closed architecture to avoid accidental exposure to lasers, optical paths, and filter assembly 9 The system should be able to acquire & sort at least 30,000 or more - events/second. 10 The system should have option of automatic cell deposition unit which allows for slide and plate sorting into 6, 24, 48, 96 and 384 plates. 11 System must be provided with sonicator for cleaning of nozzles 12 Application support must be provided onsite on multiple levels. 2 13 A minimum of two training sessions to be provided by the site engineers to the staff handling this equipment in the first year. For subsequent years, 1 training per year is recommended based on user needs. 14 Date Management system: Latest PC Workstation from source, with compatible monitors (24”). 15 Certified Class II Type A2 Biosafety Cabinet, Aerosol Evacuation System should be included in the offer. 16 Offline Computer Workstation and Display (> 24) to be offered. 17 Offline Analysis Software: offline analysis software for 3 users with complete features. 18 Additional 10 nozzles 19 Warranty Terms: Comprehensive Onsite Warranty for the complete system (including Instrument, Workstation, offline system) should be for 5 years from the date of satisfactory installation and commissioning including LASERS irrespective of their life time is mandatory. 20 Free Hardware and Software support during warranty period and AMC. The vendor should upgrade software and hardware according to the advancement in operating system of PC. 21 Lead time for servicing of the pieces of Equipment shall be maintained strictly within 24-48 hours on receipt of the call from the Purchaser
