Erection of release 400KV 1x125 MVAR Switchable line/bus reactors with associated equipments, necessary bus bar and bay arrangements for 400/230 – 110KV Sholinganallur AIS Sub Station at Otiyambakkam on 400KV Taramani feeder in Chennai South Operation Circle.; 1 Labour Charges for erection of 125 MVA Reactortransformer with turrets all accessories like HV Bushings, cable termination box, cooler bank A frame, marshalling box, cooler control cubicle,radiators , conservator,oilPipelines ,fans,Pumps and all accessories which ever is necessary for successful commissioning of transformer including crane charges 2 Labour charges for erection of Nitrogen Injection Fire protection system for various capacity Auto Tr/ICT/Reactors (outdoor panel, Signalling box,Indoor Panel,Fire detectors, Internal wiring and control cable laying, termination-Transformer conservator isolation valve, Drain pipe, N2 Injection pipeline with valve and pipeline support fabrication and concreting works. 3 Labour chargers for earthing of 125 MVA Reactor tank and netural at 2 points, Marshalling box, DM box,Cable box,etc., ( including cost of MS flat supplied by the contractor) 4 Supply fabrication and provision of light sectionmaterials including 125x65 MS channel, various sizes of angles andclass B pipe for NIFPSand other pump pipe line supports panel bottom frames and fan frames and dummy plates of appropriate size whereever necessary. 5 (a) Supply and provision of M8,M9,M10,M12, & M16full thread GI bolt &nuts & washers GIvarious sizes for wherever required and as dircted by the field Engineer. 6 Labour charges for earthing of cooler fans and oil pumps ofreactor using bare copper wires including cost of copper wires 7 Provision of vacuum pulling machine for reactorwith labour charges 8 Provision of hot air blowing machine for reactor with labour charges 9 Fixed charges for provision of 20 kL spare tank 10 Labour Charges for oil filling in the Transformer tank. 11 Labour charges for transformer oil circulation in main tank and OLTC under Hot oil circulation, vaccum drying wherever applicable and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning. 12 Fixed charges for provision of filter machine. 13 Labour charges for laying of control cable upto 8 core. 14 Labour charges for laying of control cable above 8 core. 15 Supply & fixing of disconnected type terminal block suitable for CT circuits in panels/box as required and as directed by the field Engineer. 16 Supply & fixing of mounting channel suitable for CBTM 5 terminal block in panel/box as required and as directed by the field Engineer. 17 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary-19mm 18 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary-25mm 19 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary-28mm 20 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary-32mm 21 Supply & termination of cable end including cost of cable socket,lug,ferrules,strap etc., as per cable schedule 22 Labour charges for intrnal wiring of reactor including repacement of old cable,laying of new cable, bunching,routing,etc for connecting bucholtz relay, PRV, OSR, OTI,WTI,MOG,oil & winding indicatorsand bushings CTs 23 Labour charges for skilled Man Power Assistance during Bushing CT testing, Pre commissioning testing of reactor. 24 Labour charges for skilled man power for 125MVAreactor bushing Tan Delta, Bushing CT test and other routine testing. 25 Supply,Labour and erectioncharges for neoprene gasket cutting during erection work 26 Hire charges for crane for additional and re assembly of accessories due to any defects/oil leakages and others. 27 Labour charges for erection moose conductor 28 Hire charges for transportation of empty Oil drum, and conductor (upto 100KMs) 29 Supply and erection of HV bushing connectors 30 Supply and erection of LV bushing connectors 31 Labour charges for cleaning of old/released 400KV Class 125MVAR reactor including supply of washing and cleaning of materials 32 Labour charges for painting including supply of branded aluminium paint for 125MVAR 400KV class reactor 33 Aircell testing and commissioning of 400KV ICTs
