Regular Maintenance of NABTD Field Facility (Total Area: 10 Hectares) and Seasonal Cultivation of Trombay Crop Varieties.The job involves regular maintenance and cultivation activities at the NABTD field facility, spread over a total area of 10 hectares, to be carried out over three crop seasons in a calendar year (each season approximately four months in duration). The scope of work for each crop season includes the following activities, to be carried out with deployment of sufficient manpower.Scope of Work (for each crop season):a) Crop Maintenance Activities:• Regular irrigation as per crop requirement.• Application of fertilizers and pesticides.• Timely weeding, harvesting, and post-harvest handling including shifting, cleaning, grading, drying, packing, and storage of seeds.b) Preparation of Seed Beds:• Manual leveling of soil.• Formation of bunds and water channels as per crop requirements.c) Seed Preparation and Sowing:• Cleaning and grading of seeds.• Sowing of seeds as per agronomic practices.d) Field Cleaning:• Removal of grasses, weeds, and bushes from the agricultural fields.e) General Maintenance and Cleaning:• Manual cleaning of the NABTD premises including the NABTD Office building, water tank, drying yard, KIOSK area, approach roads, and all surrounding structures.• Cleaning and clearing of bushes and weeds along the field fencing and other areas.f) Maintenance of Agricultural Implements:• Regular maintenance and minor repairs of agricultural tools and implements provided by the Department and used for the above activities.Note: This work is to be carried out in three phases (crop seasons) throughout the year. Each season\"s activities will be treated as a separate measurable unit (one-third of the total work), allowing for progressive billing upon completion of each season.

Ploughing of 10 Hectaresof agricultural field with tractor (with fuel and Driver) bearing MB Plough set / Rotavator/ cultivator as per required activity, @ 15 hrs./ Ha during the Kharif and Rabi seasons of 2025-2026 period or as and when required by EIC.(Total: 10 Ha x 15 hrs. = 150 hrs.).
