1	SCHEDULE OF WORKS AND BOQ
2	Bill of Quantities for Civil works
3	Dismantling of existing floor or wall tiles/mosaic,including removal of screed concrete/mortar (if any) up to a thickness of 70mm,stacking of serviceable materials within the campus,and disposal of unserviceable materials from the campus,all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
4	Removal of existing aluminium/metal windows/Ventilators and re-fixing them outward to achieve a sill width of 45 cm for placing plant pots.The scope includes all charges for removal,repositioning, plastering of dismantled portions,fixing,and surface leveling for granite slab installation.The work includes stacking of serviceable materials within the campus,and disposal of unserviceable materials from the campus,all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5	Dismantling,breaking,and disposal of existing false ceiling along with frames,supports, etc.,as required,including the carriage of all unserviceable materials from all floors.The work also includes dismantling,removal,and disposal of low-height and full-height partitions (made of wood,aluminium,or any other material) including doors, panelling, loose furniture,and other unserviceable items from all floors.Serviceable materials are to be stacked within the campus,and unserviceable materials shall be disposed of from the campus,all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6	Dismantling of existing ceiling fans and stacking the removed materials at the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The work shall be carried out carefully without damaging the fans or other electrical components.
7	Dismantling of existing ceiling Twin tube lights and stacking the removed materials at the site, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be carried out carefully without damaging the fans or other electrical components.
8	Dismantling of existing UPS Distribution boards and stacking the removed materials at the site,as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be carried out carefully without damaging the fans or other electrical components.
9	Dismantling of existing Power Distribution boards-small and stacking the removed materials at the site,as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The work shall be carried out carefully without damaging the fans or other electrical components.

11	Dismantling of Existing GI AC Ducts and Ductable Air Conditioning Machines: Dismantling and removal of existing G.I. air conditioning ducts of various sizes (approximately 20 meters in total length),along with two ductable air conditioning machines (each of 5.5 TR capacity), including careful disconnection of fittings,supports,and accessories. The dismantled materials shall be stacked at the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.All work shall be carried out without damaging reusable components.
12	Providing screed concrete over existing concrete surface for floor with PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement,2 sand,4 broken stones) with 6mm broken stones 50 mm average thickness and simultaneously plastering with cement mortar 1:3,9mm thickness to the necessary slope on floor including cost and conveyance of all materials to site,labour charges for laying and finishing etc. complete.
13	Brick masonry forwalls in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 sand) using first class cement Brick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site,labour charges,hire and labour for scaffolding if any,curing etc. complete.Make: Cement- Sankar,Ramco,JSW.
14	Providing and laying Vitrified tile flooring in the specified pattern using tiles of approved shade and make(Somany/Kajaria /Simpolo), with spacers of 3 to 4 mm thickness.The tiles shall be laid over a 20–25 mm thick cement mortar bed in the ratio of 1:4 to achieve the required finished floor level.The joints shall be pointed with matching epoxy grout recommended by Laticrete,Roff,or an approved equivalent.The work includes acid washing and completing the surface to a clean finish.Additionally,a 50mm thick Plaster of Paris (POP) protective covering shall be provided over polythene sheets across the entire flooring area to prevent scratches or surface damage. 16	Painting with washable emulsion paint (Royal Shine finish):Cleaning the surface thoroughly,applying putty,followed by one coat of cement primer and two coats of washable emulsion paint on walls,columns,and ceiling.The rate shall include the cost of all materials,labour charges,scaffolding,and surface preparation for painting,etc.,complete in all respects.Make: Asian/Berger/Jotun.
17	Wooden Flooring in GD Cabin, Conference Hall,and Meeting Room:Providing and fixing laminated wooden flooring using HDF hardwood planks, 8–9 mm thick,with stained,brushed, matt lacquer finish and micro-bevelled edges. The planks shall be of size 1930 x 1283 x 8–9 mm (Make: JAC WOOD),conforming to Abrasion Class AC4 standards.The flooring shall be laid over a 2 mm PU foam underlay and a 0.5 mm polyethylene sheet placed on the subfloor for moisture resistance.
