Repair/Replacement of roof covering and certain B/R works at Baddowal and Moga under AGE B/R Baddowal, GE Ludhiana; 2 Dismantling of existing asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J or L type hook as required complete all as specified and directed. 4 S&F pre-painted Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any colour complete all as specified and directed. 6 S&F Gl frame work 605 x 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets & GI Grid/framework complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 8mm fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed. 8 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description or in any position not otherwise specifically provided (in trusses) complete all as specified and directed. 10 Dismantling unframed timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed. 11 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) quality A complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on one coat of Red oxide primer on newly steel surface including preparation over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L 50 mm thickcement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. 16 Demolition ofbrickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 19 Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin CM 1:4 finished even and fair on external surfaces complete all as specfied and directed. 21 M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L prepration of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 23 Taking down and refixing Ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custodyfor refixing at site andmaking good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 24 Taking down and refixing ceiling LED luminaire light 600mmx600mm, 35/36 watt, 220V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser with driver complete all as specified and directed.
