wall/ ceiling and applying 1-1.5mm thickJK/Birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 6 Complete removal of existing treatment ofold decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered of oil emulsion distemper over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots andapplyingOne coat of white washcomplete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots andapplyingOne coat of white washcomplete all as specified and directed. 9 Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 10 Complete removal of existing treatment ofold decorated of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 11 Preparation of old paintedsteel and iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 12 Cutting down Vegetation growths like plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, Chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/slab surfaces including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints of that affected locations and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal rnedicine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and treating tthe surfaces to match with the adjoining surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.Note :-(i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffolding/staging etc.(ii)Any CI/AC/PVC special damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leak/seapage free joint unit without any extra cost to the Government. 13 M&L for writing letters or figures (block, roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high on building with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L forfilling surface cracks not exc 5 mm to 7 mm wide with Dr fixit cracks X power or equivalent polymer molified cracks filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. 15 Complete removal of existing treatment ofold decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered on walls including cornices pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applyingTwo coats Nitocote wallguard premium is high performance, decorative acrylic and waterproofing coating with strong inter-coat adhesive with substrake and long term protection to privents dampness of external wallcomplete all as specified and directed. 16 Taking dawn cementplaster of any description on brick or stone wall/ celling including raking out joints , haking for key and scrubbing with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, first 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. 18 M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 onconcrete surfaces / fair faces of brick masonary wall, finishedeven and smooth with thin layer of sagol complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed 20 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall andapplying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer (any tint shade as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L Preparation of Newly plastered Surface of wall and applying of two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint over and including one Coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed. 22 Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
