No. Item Description 1 Public address system from Shri Ji Mandir to Dharmada Chauraha with cordless mike and 35 horns, mike arrangement work on the day of Dole Yatra and in the police bouki of Purana Thana, mike arrangement with battery during the fair inauguration and closing program, as well as mike arrangement with battery during the scout program every day, 40 horns in the entire fair premises from Bhaijaans house, horns should be installed in every market, whose control will be at the police camp and the fair entrance gate. Speakers required for the entire cultural programs of the stage, large modern technical equipment cordless mike, stand mike and horn, mixer machine will have to be installed in the entire fair premises for the operation of the entire system. 32 channel mixer with speaker machine set connection at the stage and Dole pond, generator arrangement will be of the sensor on the stage for mike arrangement till the end of the fair. Whatever orders are there as per the requirement in the fair, arrangements for mikes will have to be made there. The poles for the mikes will be of the contractor. The Nagar Parishad will not make any arrangements in this regard. Payment will be made only after the work is satisfactory. Before the work order is started, arrangements will be made as per the orders of the concerned branch. The entire rate will be charged from the beginning of the fair till the end of the fair.
