Tender For Periodical Services To Otm/Md Accn In Zone-I Area Underage B/R-I Of Ge Jaipur; 1 M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified & as directed. 2 ,---ditto--- all as per item No 1 above but two coats of white wash on wall surface complete all as specified & as directed. 3 ,---ditto--- all as per item No 1 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified & as directed. 4 ,---ditto--- all as per item No 1 above but two coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified & as directed. 5 M & L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping upto plastered surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9 to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as specified & as directed. 7 M&L for preparation of surface and applying water proof putty @ 0.5 Kg(undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted surface which scrapping is done to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI.Step3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface and rubbing complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of surface and applying two coats of distemper (Oil emulsion) on walls of approved tint applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of distemper (Oil emulsion) on ceiling of approved tint with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI over primed surface complete all as specified & as directed. 11 M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr(undiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats over exterior primer complete all as specified and directed. 13 ,---ditto--- all as per item No 12 above but one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on wall complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered / unplastered surfaces of
