LED tube(retrofit type ) and servicing. 4 Replacement and servicing of ceiling fan/exhaust fan up to 400mm size of all types .The scope includes disconnection from line, replacing electrical item cleaning, connection, testing and servicing the item. 5 Providing temporary /additional light fittings such as flood light / SV / MV / fl. tube / halogen lamp fittings/ 24 V lamp for maintenance activities/ vessel entryor similar purpose in plantarea and disconnecting the same after such requirement. 6 New Installation, Wiring up, glanding, termination, testing and commissioning of light/ fan point with group/ independant control using armoured cables upto a lengthof 15M at office/ plant buildings. 7 Laying and clamping of power cables up to and including 4 x 25 sq.mm, control cables up to and including 19 x 2.5 sq.mm, Unarmoured earth conductors up to and including 120 sq.mm (Insulated/ uninsulated) and armored telephone cables up to 20 pair on cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed onwalls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports, laying through GI / PVC pipes, cable trenches etc. 8 Laying and clamping of power cables of sizes 4 x 35 sq.mm up to and including 3.5 x 95 sq.mm, single core Unarmoured earth conductors above120 sq.mm up to and including 300 sq.mm (Insulated/ uninsulated) cablesin cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed onwalls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports, laying through GI / PVC pipes, cable trenches etc. 9 Laying and clamping of power cables of sizes 3.5 x 95 sq.mm up to and including 3 x 300 sq.mm.The scope of work shall include laying and clamping of cables on walls/ ceilings, columns, beams, on structural etc. Wall openings for cable crossing and sealing the openings with cement after taking the cables through the openings shall also be in the scope of the contractor without any extra cost. The work shall be done in a neat and aesthetic manner as directed by the Engineer in-charge. All materials required for the work will be supplied by the company as free issue. 10 Servicing of Aviation warning lighting fixtures of various types and ratings in flue/flare stack.The scope of work includes replacing damaged components (LED cluster, PCB etc. for LED Aviation fitting & lamp, holder, igniter, transformer etc. for Neon fitting) and rectification of wiring faults. The rate shall include the charges for fitting of a new, LED/ Neon/ similar fixture in place of the damaged one, if repair of components is not feasible. All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT. The replaced components shall be returned to FACT. 11 Excavation and backfilling of cable trench as per the following dimension for laying of cables. Width - 300 mm Depth - 750 mm. All the materials such as Sand, Brick etc. required for the work will be issued by the Company free of cost. However, transportation of these items inside the Company premises shall be arranged by the Contractor. The trench shall be back filled with the loose earth, after laying of cable. 12 Glanding, End Termination and connection of PVC-A-PVC power cables of size from 3/3.5 x 120 sq mm upto and including 3/3.5 x 185 sq mm in PCC/ MCC/ JB/ Motor TB. 13 Dismantling and storing of power cables up to and including 4 x 25 sq.mm, control cables up to and including 19 x 2.5 sq.mm, Unarmoured earth conductors up to and including 120 sq.mm (Insulated/uninsulated) and armoured telephonecables up to 20 pair as directed byarea Engineer from various areasunder Acid electrical area. 14 Dismantling and storing of power cables of sizes 4x35sq.mm.to 3 1/2 x 95sq.mm as directed by area Engineer from various areas under Acid electrical area. 15 Dismantling and storing of power cables i.e. 3 1/2 x 120 sq.mm to 3 1/2 x 185sq.mm as directed by area Engineer from various areas under Acid electrical area. 16 Termination of three-phase induction motors ranging from 22 kW to 37 kW. The scope of work includes theremoval of existing cable lugs (if applicable), re-lugging of motor power cables using appropriately sized lugs, and crimping the new lugs with suitable compression tools to ensure secure and reliable electrical connections 17 Termination of three-phase induction motors ranging from 37 kW to 75 kW.
