(But Excluding Cost of Cement) with concrete mixer Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with 40 mm size Crushed granite metal of approved hard quality in foundations or Plinths etc., Complete (But Excluding Cost of Cement) with concrete mixerCement Concrete 1:2:4 with 20mm down size (65% of 20 10mm and 35% of 10 4.75mm) graded Crushed Granite metal of approved hard quality inclusive of shuttering/centering charges for bed blocks, encasing joists/ rails, holdfasts of doors and windows, etc. Complete (But Excluding Cost of Cement) with concrete mixer (CA : 0.90 Cum, FA:0.45Cum Flyash Brick masonry with bricks of size 225x100x60mm with 50kg/cm2 Compressive strength in C.M.1:6 for superstructure including scaffolding etc., (But Excluding Cost of Cement) complete.
