    tender for civil work of state bank of india, aggar nagar branch (04638), ludhiana providing and laying double charged vitrified tiles 600mm x600mm (marble series- johnson, kajaria, nitco) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to is:15622, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm. including dismantling of existing floor tiles if any and disposing of malba from site at appropriate place. cutting wooden/ aluminum doors to match new floor level. the tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily providing and laying ceramic wall tiles 300mm x 450mm & anti skid floor tiles 300mm x 300mm (johnson, kajaria, nitco) 8mm of 1st quality conforming to is:15622 of approved make in colours such as white, ivory,grey,fume red brown. laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., including dismantling of existing floor & wall tiles if any & disposal of malba at appropriate place.
