The building shall be provided with all-round GI sheet cladding, required door opening, required ventilator opening with weld mesh covering, electrical work, roof turbo ventilator, rain water down taking system etc., in Design and build basis (EPC mode) as per the scope of work mentioned in Technical Bid. Note: The plinth area on finalized dimension of the building shall be considered for all contractual/payment purposes. Sqm 225.00 2 Roof Covering – ‘B’: Design and Construction of Roof covering (As shown in Plan – B vide Page 18) made out of rolled structural steel fabrication of purlins with Galvalume sheet covering between existing & new sheds. The shed shall be provided with electrical work, rain water down taking system etc., in Design and build basis (EPC mode) as per the scope of work mentioned in Technical Bid. Note: The finalized dimension of the roofing area shall be considered for all contractual/payment purposes. Sqm 66.00 1 a) Basic Engineering: The Contractor shall carry out the preliminary survey for setting out of building and finalize the dimension (eve height shall be 7.0 Mtr) of the PEB based on the area available for execution. The contractor shall submit the final drawing (plan, elevation & section) of PEB and the plinth area details to BEML for future contractual/payment purposes. The orientation of all the building, all allied required works etc., has to be planned in such a way so that, optimum utilization of land with adequate ventilation & light is achieved. b) Soil investigation for economical & sound design of foundation, Structural members and PEB Structure. The soil investigation shall be carried out by a professional firm. The copy of report shall be submitted to BEML 5% 5% 2 Complete Design / Calculations & Detailed Engineering & On submission of proof check of design & drawings by Government Institute like IIT’s / NIT’s / IISc.
