Tender For Remaining Repairing Work Of Old Samudayak Bhawan Hall In W.No. 02 In Bilara - Scarping plaster in lime or cement mortar from brick/ stone masonry 2 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar.1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 4 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Extra for random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto two stories. 5 Providing and fixing Marble stone flooring table rubbed, 15-18 mm thick over 20mm (Av.) thick base of CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) or slab in wall, steps, pillars, counters, jambs, shelves, sills etc laid over 12mm (Av.) thick base of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete.Makrana Adanga.Upto to 1500 Cm2 Tiles 6 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade. 7 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 8 Providing and laying 20 to 25 mm size glazed tiles pieces for rooof treatment having colour and shade as approved by the Engineer incharge over 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar mix 1:4 with application of cement slurry including finishing of joints with ordinary cement and curing etc. complete in all respect. Washing with acid. 9 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 10 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 11 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. 12 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
