Repair And Maintenance Of Basohli Hostel Block C And D Phase I In Smvdu Kakryal Katra- 1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead 2 14.1.1 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 3 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) 4 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour 5 Two coats 6 Providing and fixing Anodized aluminum grill (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of Grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing windows frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved Anodized aluminum standard section around the opening, all complete as epr requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
