Tender For Repair And Renovation Of Library Building At Kurunthankulam Village In Veeranendal Panchayat.; 1 REPAIR AND RENOVATION OF LIBRARY BUILDING AT KURUNTHANKULAM VILLAGE IN VEERANENDAL PANCHAYAT 2 Chipping of Exisiting demaged Pressed Tiles including all cost and conveyance etc., complete 3 Finishing the top of roof with one coarse pressed tiles 23x23x2cm size laid in CM1:3,12 mm thick and pointing with 1:3 mix using water proof compound including all labour charges etc New Pressed Tiles 4 Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface 5 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 6 Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and ThreeM.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 7 Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) 8 White washing two coats with best shell lime including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete 9 Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the wallssmooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification.(The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work). 10 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 11 Painting two coats over Old Iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete 12 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column BB for all works in this package}(Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
