| 2 | Item Rate- Sweeping and cleaning of main road, foot path, paved area, service passage of conservancy areabehind quarters and open area etc, including removal of all earth, dry and wet silt, garbage , brick bats, polythene, waste materials, fallen leaves,vegitation and waste papers etc, including disposal of same at designated place, complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Frequency once in a week) |
| 3 | Item Rate- Cleaning removing uprooting of Gajar grass, bushes, shrubs, lanteena, beshram and unwanted vegetation etc, from colony premises complete and disposal of the same at designated area and destroying the same as directed by Engineer In charge (Area below 50% covered with Gajar grass etc. and frquency of work (Frequency twice in a year ie pre mansoon and post mansoon) |
| 4 | Item Rate- Cleaning of choked main holes along with sewer lines up to nearest connecting main holes on either side or as per site requirement which may be of any size for allowing free flow of sewage through it and disposal of the waste materials to the designated area etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. |
| 5 | Item Rate- Daily door to door collection of garbage,rubbish,kitchen waste etc from every quarters (about 75 quarters)of the colony and all public buildings, collection of garbage rubbish on sides of road, wet/dry waste materials of drains and Man holes/sewer lines or else where, including transportation by mini truck with covered trollyetc and disposal by same at dump yard of Ramtek about 30 KM from colony. (01 job is equivalent to work of 01 month). The total area of this work includesthe permanent colony campus, Camping house and Administrative block out side area and all roads ofPench HPS MPPGCL colony at Pauni. (Frequency once in three days) |
| 6 | Item Rate- Daily Sweeping work of floors, stairs , verandahs,Cleaning of cobwebs at all heights and throughing of all dust / Garbage at suitable place as per instructions of Engineer-In -Charge, including all materials, labour & T&P. |
| 7 | Item Rate- Daily Moping of all types of floors by Phynile mixed water( 1 part Phynile: 50 part water ) with suitable Mops as per instructions of Engineer-In -Charge, including all materials, labour & T&P. |
| 8 | Item Rate- Daily Cleaning of floors, tiles of walls, sanatary wares, wash basins etc by floor acids/toilet acids. Throughing of garbage/dust of dust bins to suitable place, as per instructions of Engineer-In -Charge, including all materials, labour & T&P. |
