    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Epabx Amc; Karel Ds200; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); Quarterly; No KAREL DS200 EPABX AMC Above AMC offered, does not cover damages caused to the system due to natural calamities as well as due to VCC-GND short, burned causes and / or any power related problems, the same shall be charged extra at actual.  Includes Four Preventive Maintenance Visits per year.  Cabling maintenance only covered under the AMC contract in case any additional cable required for extensions shall be charge extra at actual.  Battery replacement are not covered under the Maintenance Contract; however routine checking will be carried out.  If any change in the GST, it will be charged as per prevailing rate.  Telephone instrument repairing covered under the Maintenance Contract.
