PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENTS AS PER SCHEDULE PREPARED MUTUALLY AGREED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND SITE-IN-CHARGE TO BE CARRIED OUT, LIQUIDATION OF DEFECTS OF EQUIPMENTS GENERATED BY SITE-IN-CHARGE DURING PERIODIC INSPECTION AND SUBMISSION OF COMPLIANCE REPORT BY THE CONTRACTOR PERIODICALLY. b. SPARES AND CONSUMABLES SUCH AS FASTENERS ETC WILL BE PROVIDED BY DEPARTMENT. SHIFTING OF ITEMS ISSUED ON NON-CHARGEABLE BASIS FROM STORES TO SITE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP PROVISION FOR SAFE CUSTODY OF SPARES / CONSUMABLES E.G,
