    Beautification Bharathapuzha Lease For Up Keeping Of Jal Shakthi Park In Pattambi Muncipality - Undertake the park for 3 years to maintain and clean the Jal Shakti Park located on the banks of Bharatapuzha in Palakkad Pattambi Municipality, to maintain childrens play equipment, open gym etc. established by the Irrigation Department, to set up and run semi-permanent food stalls, food trucks and rides in the park at their own expense. - Jal Shakti Park, located on the bank of Bharatapuzha in Pattambi Municipality, Palakkad, is taking up the work.2 Park for 3 years for maintenance of Jal Shakti Park established on the banks of Bharatapuzha in Pattambi Municipality, maintenance of childrens play equipment, open gym etc. established by Irrigation Department and operation of semi-permanent food stall, mobile food truck and rides in the park at own expense. THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED Government fixed amount for 3 years = Rs.3,60,240 (excluding GST).The duration of the contract will be 3 years.The amount to be paid at the time of commencement of the contract is the amount quoted by the contractor for 3 years. ) will only accept those drawn from Nationalized Banks / Scheduled Banks. A copy of the pledge should be uploaded in the name of the Executive Engineer along with the darghas document along with the tender fee, 200/- signed preliminary agreement on stamp form along with the darghas documents and other documents specified in the darghas advertisement by speed post/registered on the date and time specified in the envelope. should be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer by post, failing which the tender will be rejected. Quotation should be done after reading the auction conditions carefully
