Construction of Prahari Atithi Grah (G+3) at Bn HQ 165 Bn BSF Indreshwar Nagar under SHQ BSF Jammu (SH: Soil bearing capacity test / investigation report, structural design & detailed Estimate) (Appx plinth area 654.00 sqm); 1 Soil investigation by boring in all type of soil/rock strata at various location upto 15 m or residual depth.a) Performing SPT at 1.5 mtr interval of collected boring sample as per IS 2131-1981. b) Collection of disturbed/ undisturbed soil samples of different strata of soil as per direction of Engineening-in-Charge for lab test as: (i) Visual and engineering classification sieve analysis as per IS 2720 Part IV and hydrometer analysis, Liquid, plastic and shrinkage limits as per IS 2720 Part V(ii) Specific gravity as per IS 2720 Part III.(iii) natural moisture content as per IS 2720 Part II, Bulk density,chemical analysis and free swell index.(iv) Direct shear test, Unconfined compression test as per IS 2720 Part X, triaxial shear test as per IS 2720 Part XI. (v) one dimensional consolidation test and(un-consolidation, undrained, consolidation- undrained test with measurement of pore water pressure, consolidated drained) as per IS 2720 Part XV. c) Visual classification water- absorption slope durability, porosity and density, unconfined compression test (Both at saturated and in situ water-contest)d) Rock modulus of elasticity and Poissons ration, Brazilian tensile- strength and point load-strength index laboratory test to be performed on rock samples. Note: Submission of all test reports along with safe bearing capacity of Soil at different levels - in triplicate. 2 Providing consultancy for structural analysis and design for RCC framed structure which includes structural design philosophy, Structural design and preparation of working structural drawings with full structural detailing of all structural members i.e foundation / footings columns beams and other details etc including submission of input data, analysis, on base of DSR 2023 & Upto date Correction slips and market rate analysis and BOQ as per latest DSR 2023 and design data, including structural drawings 4 nos (A1 size). set of all structural drawing, along with soft copy and 3D detail architectural including single line diagram electrical wiring and installation (Interior & Exterior ) of design, water supply diagram, sewer line diagram and fire fighting line giagram will be handed over to the department as per direction of Engg-In-charge. The structural drawing/ design shall be got vettedfrom any IIT/NIT or Govt Engineering college as approved by Engineer-In-Charge and vetted charges shall have to be pay/attended by consultant. However, consultant has to properly coordinate with the Institute to get the design drawings vetted. Any charges/ corrections asked by Institute shall have also to be attended by the consultant till final drawings for construction duly vetted by institute are not issued.
