    Tender For Labour Contract For Evaporator Tube Cleaning Work; 1 labour contract for evaporator tube cleaning 2 Loading 120 bags of Caustic Soda weighing 50 kg from the plant warehouse in the plant tractor and unloading them at the evaporator area (about 10 meters high) and stacking them (Lumpsum Rate) (1 Job) 3 Evaporator Bodies Healing Surface 2 Nos 1100 Sq.meter, 2 Nos of 500 Sq.meter and 3 Nos of 440 Sq.meter The contractor will carry out the work with skilled workers to clean the tubes in the following evaporator bodies in the plant (De- Scaling). The evaporator body is as follows (HS) in M2Vapour cell body - 1100 M21st Body - 1100 M22nd A Body- 500 M22nd B Body- 500 M23rd Body- 440 M24th Body- 440 M25thBody - 440 M2Total- 4520 M2Opening the doors of the tanks and pouring caustic soda bags into the tanks.2. Cleaning the tubes using cutters and brushes. 3. Checking and inspecting the tubes and tubes for leaks. 4. Closing the doors of the tanks and then testing with water. 5. Preparing the tubes for cleaning. (1 Job)
