    Tender For Supply Of The Following Item Shift Log Book, Log Book for Daily Production & Consumption Statistics and Leave Register for Urea-III Production Plant SHIFT LOG BOOK FOR UREA-III Each book consists of 99 sets, per day 3 sets for 33 days. One set is of 3 sheets both sides printed. After every 3 sheets one blank sheet should be inserted. Total 12 sheets, 24 pages per day. Hence each book should contain 33X12=396 sheets + 1 blank sheet at the beginning + 1 blank sheet at the end of Log Book. Total 398 sheets should be serially numbered from 001 to 396. The book should be middle stitched and leather bounded; paper quality and binding should be superior. Ink should not spread on both sides of paper. The gums used should be moth free.(Before bulk printing the “PROOF” should be approved by us for corrections & omissions). LOG BOOK FOR DAILY PRODUCTION & CONSUMPTION STATISTICS OF UREA - III PLANT Each book consists of 100 sheets, printed on one side; i.e. front side of the paper. Back side should be blank. LEAVE REGISTER Each book consists of 200 sheets, printed on both sides. The pages should be numbered from 1 to 100, only on the right hand side pages. The left hand side pages should not be numbered. The books (Sl. No. 1&2) should be middle stitched and leather bounded; paper quality and binding should be superior. Ink should not be spread. The gums should be moth free. Samples are attached. Before bulk printing the “PROOF” should be approved by us for corrections & omissions
