    Tender For Face Lifting Of Guest House A- Block ,Mu.; 1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : 2 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 3 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to preparethe surface even and smooth complete. 4 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 5 With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre 6 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : 7 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. 8 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 9 Two or more coats on new work
