    Supply fabrication and erection of hopper refractory box and plastering of fire crete castable refractory inside the bottom ash 4th hopper at 10 mtr elevation and mixing the castable refractory with cool water in the mixer machine, plastering with castable refractory and curing with water of Unit-I & II; 1 (A) Material Portion 2 MS Plate 10mm 3 Charges for supply and fixing of Anchore stud plate in the bottom ash hopper (SS316 material) 4 Charges for Material portion CASTABLE REFACRATORY TRICAST CC45-1400 (As per Technical Specification) 5 (B) Labour portion 6 Charges for cutting and removal of existing corroded/ damaged of the seal trough in bottom ash handling system and devolution to central stores at NCTPS-II, including cost of consumables, T&P’s hire charges. 7 Charges for Iron and Steel material transporting, unloading at works spot, arranging tools & trackles etc., for leading & lifting the materials including cost of consumables, T&P’s hire charges. 8 Charges for fabrication and erection of MS structurals ofthe seal trough in bottom ash handling systemincluding cost of consumables, T&P hire charges. 9 Charges for erection of necessary scaffolding arrangements inside bottom ash hoppers 4 no’s into 10mtrs elevation for all the four sides of the BAH and dismantling the scaffolding arrangement after completing the work. 10 Charges for plastering of the fire create cement inside bottom ash hopper for thickness of 50 mm 11 Chipping the refractory in the wornout portion of BAH dent portion and plastering with the fire crete castable refractoryand curing including T&P’s consumables at a wall thickness of 215 mm
