1 REPAIRS TO PUE SCHOOL (SOUTH FACING) at Thiruvalansuli in Thiruvalansuli Panchayat INTHIRUTHURAIPOONDI BLOCK IN THIRUVARUR DISTRICT PACKAGE NO-02/TTP /SIUS /2025-2026; 1 REPAIRS TO PUE SCHOOL (SOUTH FACING) @ Thiruvalansuli in Thiruvalansuli Panchayat 2 Dismantling the existing damaged Wall Plastering including cost and all labour charges and removing depris from the work site etc, complete., 3 Plastering with 1:5 12mm thickincluding cost and all labour charges remove from the work site etc, complete., 4 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metalincluding cost and conveyance and all labour chargesetc complete. 5 Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) 6 Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement . 7 Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. 8 Repairs/Replacement to Steel Window Including all labour charges etc… 9 WHITE WASHING including cost and conveyance of all charges for material and labour etccomplete 10 DISTEMPHERINGincluding cost and conveyance of all charges for material and labour etccomplete 11 Exterior Emulsion two coats with best approved Plastic Emulsionincluding costand conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 12 Painting with enamel paint two coats for OLDiron door works with approved colour and quality all charges etc complete 13 Painting two coats with approved Black Oxide for Old Black board 14 Repairs to Steel door 0.75x1.80 including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc .., complete 15 Towards cost of Provision forBala Painting including and all labour charges etc complete(class room 1) 16 Rainwater harvesting 17 Provision for Display noticeBoard 18 Provision for magnetic green fibre board charges 19 Provision for Teachers Cubboard 20 Provision For Sudents Cubboard 21 Provision for Chappal Rack 22 Provision for Pesdestal for Keeping Drinking Water Container 23 Provision for Name bard charges 24 provision for photo graph charges
