Tender For Providing And Fixing Of Children Playing Equipments In Town Park Sector 19 Rewari - 1 Providing and fixing of Chain Swing (double) Made of 50 mm NB pipes length 3.05 metres crossbar with four nos, legs of 40 mm NB MS pipe 8’ long of reputed make, chain 6 mm thick with clamp assembly with a belt of non-skid nylon enforced rubber all chains are chemically cleaned and electroplated with zinc. All pipes used in making swing are chemically cleaned with and then coated with metal surface primer and finally painted with synthetic paint with a spray system in two coats, to be fixed in Cement Concrete to the full satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge (HSR NO. NS Item) 2 Providing and fixing of Jungle Zimmade of 18 gauge Stainless steel sheet (magnetic 430 grade) Mounted on 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron with safety railings of 20 m.m M.S. pipe with all necessary supports etc. and ladder made of 25 m.m (n.b) M.S. pipe with 15 mm M.S. pipe duel steps with all welded joints properly ground and filled with m-seal for fine and smoother finish chemically cleaned with anti-rust chemical and then coated with 1st quality of synthetic enamel for a better finish. All nuts and bolts used for assembling are coated with zinc electroplating to be fixed in c.c. with a pit size of 30x30x45 cm which is complete in all respect with the direction of the engineer-in-charge (HSR No. NS ITEM) 3 Providing & Fixing of slide & ladder, slope made of 40 x 40x 5mm angle iron with width of 16” with 18 gauge S.S. magnetic sheet with supports of same angle iron at suitable distances with railing 20mm M.S. pipe (N..B.) B Class with railing of 20mm (N.B.) B class M.S. pipe with M.S. flat of 40 x 5mm welded with angle iron. Ladder made of 25 mm (N.B.) B class M.S. pipe with dual step of 15mm (N.B.) pipe with railing of 20mm (N.B.) B class M.S. pipe. Ladder height 6’ from ground and slope with length of 12’ complete with painting in multicolor to be fixed in Cement Concreteblock of 30 x 30 x 45cm into 4 legs in ratio of 1:3:6 complete in all respect to the full satisfaction to the Engineer-in-Charge(HSR No. NS ITEM)
