Tender For Repair Of Roof Treatment At Ratnuchak Mil Stn Under Ge Kaluchak; 1 Demolition of brick work or stone / bouldermasonry includingall quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed. 2 M & L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius builts in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (EXCEPTBRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD BRICKSOBTAINED FROM DEMOLITION SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM. 4 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for Rendering 15mm thickfair faces of brick / concrete surfacesin cement mortar1:4finished even and smooth with out usingextra cement with mixing of water proofing compoundcompleteall as specified and directed. Note : (i) Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately under separateitem)(ii) The work will be carriedout upto triple storey buildings and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items 6 Supply only liquid water proofing compound completeall as specified and directed. 7 Taking up or down existing 20mmm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store completeall as specified and directed. 8 S&F 20 mm nominal bore of pipe in walls, and ceiling or laid in floors, jointing and testing galvanised mild steel water tubing “medium grade” with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, capas, plugs and union etc) complete all asspecified and directed. 9 Fixing only 20 mm bore old steel water tubing and connection in new or old position to wall and ceiling or laid in floors jointing and testing of old retrieved serviceable galvanized mild steel water tubing with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, deminishing pieces caps, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD STEEL WATER TUBING OBTAINED FROM DISMANTLING SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM. 10 Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes by using bleaching powder, hoisting if required,reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 ltr,making good for running of water from tank to inside of bldgs and writing of date of cleaningand due on by synthetic enamel paint on water tank, complete all as specified & directed. 11 Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes by using bleaching powder, hoisting if required,reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 ltr,making good for running of water from tank to inside of bldgs and writing of date of cleaningand due on by synthetic enamel paint on water tank, complete all as specified & directed. 12 Dismantlingof precast RCCwater tanks exceeding 250 ltr capacity and upto and including 500 Ltr complete all as specified and directed. 13 S & F of 500 Litre capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of specifications as per MES Schedule 2009, Part – I and hoisted, fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. 14 DismantlingPVCwater tanks exceeding exc 500 ltrs and upto and including 1000Ltr complete all as specified and directed. 15 DismantlingPVCwater tanks exceeding exc 250 ltrs and upto and including 500Ltr complete all as specified and directed. 16 S & F of 1000 Litre capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of specifications as per MES Schedule 2009, Part – I and hoisted, fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. 17 S & Fin repairs 20 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. 18 Taking down cementplaster and decayed concrete of any description, upto double storey of building, from roof projection, chajjas/bolconies etc and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) mixed with water proofing compoundincluding necessary form work where ever required and finally finishing the surface with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash / colour wash / cement base paint / exterior emulsion paint to match the existing surface / finish, including all necessary scaffolding / safety arrangement for carrying out work on outer side of Double Storey Building complete all as specified and directed 19 M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified. 20 M & L for providing plain cementconcrete type B-0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in padding on roof, for levelling of roof slab,finished even and fair, complete all as specified & directed. 21 Complete removal of the existing roof treatment including brick tiles and mud phuska (if existing), grubbing up of tree roots and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaningall loose dirt/dust with water complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and fixing Roof/ TerraceTiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner. 23 S&F in repairs Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminiumrod& highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed. .(Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) 24 M & L for providing plain cementconcrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed plates, kerbs etc., finished even and fair, complete all as specified & directed. 25 S & F 110mm PVC soil, waste, and vent pipe in any length with Rubber Ringjoint fixed to wall / laid in floors all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge incl taking down old pipes of any description . 26 S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radiuswith or with excess door complete all as specified and directed. 27 Cleaning of the exposed concrete slab and repairing the surface irregularities like cracks, potholes, as per manufacturers method statement by using along with HS Latex Plus(or equivalent) & cement in mixing ratio of 1:4 where ever required 28 M&L for Home Sheild PU Roofkoat (or equivalent) is a one component liquid, solvent free, cold applied water-proofing membrane that is highly elastic and UV resistant with 10 years warranty. ASTM D 6083-97 a waterproofing and heat reflecting system having following key performace properties : 1. UV resistant, prevent yellowing and weathering2. Highly elastic upto 350% and crack bridging3. Excellent adhesion on porous and non-porous substrates4. Tensile strength > 10 N/mm2 with Geo Textile fleece5.
